With our "After Sales Service", we offer support to our clients in the operating stage of a SWISS COMBI plant. This service includes the supply of spare parts, surveys and revisions.Spare Parts
We maintain a warehouse with the most popular spare parts for our plants. We can also fabricate parts or components on demand. For more recent plants, all spare parts are provided with serial numbers, so we can quickly access the suitable specifications.
Surveys
We offer this service to survey any SWISS COMBI plant in order to assess the state of the dryer. This way, unintentional and potentially expensive interruptions of business can be actively reduced. A survey takes between a half-day and a full day and results in a survey report. This report will be subsequently discussed with the client to appoint possible actions. There's an option to finalize a service contract including yearly inspections by SWISS COMBI.
Revisions
After a perennial operating state, it may become necessary to improve whole parts of the plant. We are happy to offer our know-how in restoring your plant to optimal operating condition.
