Low emission values:
- through integrated thermal oxidizing (SWISS COMBI ecoDry)
- lower dust emissions through flue gas scrubbing (SWISS COMBI ecoWash)
- through indirect low temperature drying (SWISS COMBI Belt Dryer)– the belt dryer is committed to generally low dust emissions
Energy consumption:
- high potential for energy recovery due to high dew point, flexibility in fuel consumption such as fusel oil, ethanol or biogas, and other alternative fuels (SWISS COMBI ecoDry)
- use of recycled heat, i.e. closed-loop vapour system and integrated thermal oxidation
High product quality:
- due to gentle vapour drying as well as integrated product cooling (SWISS COMBI ecoDry)
- due to low temperature drying (SWISS COMBI Belt Dryer)
Reduced fire hazard:
- through an inert drying atmosphere (SWISS COMBI ecoDry)
- through low temperature drying (SWISS COMBI Belt Dryer)
