The gentle drying process with indirect heated steam is very well suitable for various bulk solids. The ecoDry technology already has a bright area of application for drying of different biomass products. However, there are still many more possibilities to take advantage of this high end technology. With our test ecoDry plant you have the chance to run drying tests either at your facilities or at our headquarters in order to extensively test the suitability of the ecoDry for an industrial scale scenario.
The pilot plant is equipped with a modern control system including visualisation and touch screen panel. The control system works automatically and barely differes from the control system of an industrial scale ecoDry plant.

Mobile belt dryer for drying tests of bulk solids
Our mobile pilot belt dryer can mainly be used for feasibility studies in terms of using the belt drying technology in a continuous and industrial scale drying project. Additionally, it serves for demonstration purposes to show the procedure of industrial drying by using low temperature heat.
Our pilot belt dryer can be used for tests in order to evaluate the efficiency as well as the actual drying process. The tests can either be done at your facilities or at SWISS COMBI heatquarters respectively.
