Gas-Gas High Temperature Heat Exchanger

The SWISS COMBI gas-gas high temperature heat exchanger is used when superheated steam, air and other gases are to be heated at atmospheric pressure for various processes.

This is the case, for example, with the SWISS COMBI ecoDry and other products based on ecoDry technology.

The heat exchanger works according to the cross/counterflow method.

Heat resistant

Heat-resistant steel for operating temperatures up to 900° C is used. This means that the first rows of tubes are red hot in operation.

Easy to clean

The heat exchanger has various doors and access points to allow the rows of tubes to be cleaned easily and efficiently with high-pressure water when cold. This also makes it possible to heat slightly dust-laden process gases.
