The test ecoDry enables drying trials with superheated steam that simulate drying with our ecoDry technology under realistic conditions. It has a water evaporation capacity of approx. 80 kg/h (depending on the product).

The gentle drying process with indirectly heated steam is very well suited for drying various bulk materials. Our ecoDry technology is already used for drying a wide variety of biomass.

However, there are many other applications for which this technology is excellently suited. With our test plant we can check, using small quantities whether the ecoDry is suitable for the drying of your product.

The plant is equipped with a modern control system including visualization and operation via touch screen. The control is automatic and hardly differs from the control of an industrial version.

Trials in Dintikon

The easiest way is to carry out the test at our company headquarters in Dintikon. You deliver your test material to us, and we carry out the drying tests. Of course, you can also be present on site during the tests.

Trials at the customer’s site

Sometimes it is imperative that the test material is dried on site at the customer’s premises, otherwise it will ferment too much or alter in some other way. The Test-ecoDry consists of two racks that can be transported by truck. This means that we can also carry out tests at the customer’s site within Europe. The Test-ecoDry requires diesel to generate heat.

With our test ecoDry there is the chance to extensively test the ecoDry drying process at your site.
